Hydrafacial MD Treatment
The Hydrafacial treatment can be used to treat specific skin conditions such as acne, oily skin, or dull and congested skin. The Hydrafacial MD is also beneficial to patients without specific skin conditions who want to keep their skin clean, hydrated, exfoliated and nourished. It can be done prior to a special event (wedding, graduation, photo shoot, trip etc.) as a single session to enjoy the immediate effects of glowing skin.
This treatment is safe for all skin types. Both men and women can enjoy this quick lunch time procedure that does not interrupt your daily activities and has no downtime. At FCP Dermatology, all of our treatments are done under the supervision of our Double Board-Certified Dermatologist, Dr. Kristy Bailey.

Hydrafacial Treatment Benefits
The Hydrafacial MD 4-in-1 is the most advanced and high-end medical technology in facial treatments. It is a non-invasive hydra-dermabrasion procedure that combines various revitalizing therapies with antioxidants and hyaluronic acid. The 4-in-1 facial is a treatment that merges cleansing, exfoliation, extraction and hydration, through the application of products with repairing and antioxidant properties as well as a vacuum vortex for deep pore cleaning. The immediate result is visibly glowing skin that can last for months. At FCP Dermatology, we are always a cut above the rest. We have enhanced our Hydrafacial MD 4-in-1 treatment by including a microcurrent technology to immediately tighten the skin and create a brow lift. We have also added an advanced LED light treatment to stimulate collagen and elastin production.

Hydrafacial MD
What to expect during a hydrafacial MD treatment
This treatment consists of the following steps:
The first step of the facial is cleansing and exfoliation. The Activ-4 solution is a cleansing agent that rejuvenates the skin and removes dirt and oil. The skin is deeply cleansed with the solution while the tip provides a wet microdermabrasion effect. Our skin cells are in a constant cycle of renewing themselves. Over time, skin cells flake off on their own; however exfoliation speeds up this regenerative process to help your skin feel fresh and revitalized. It also helps brighten your complexion because dead skin cells can create a dull looking appearance. However, once all the dead cells are removed, the healthy cells help keep your skin looking bright and clean.
After the skin is thoroughly cleansed and exfoliated, the Glysal Prep solution is applied. The Glysal prep is a mixture of glycolic and salicylic acid which provides a soft peeling effect. This is a gentle peel that will not leave the skin irritated, itchy or burning. The peel hydrates the skin with a nutrient-rich solution that also penetrates deep into the pores. The solution loosens debris from the deeper layers of the dermis; leaving the skin soft and fresh while speeding up the skin’s regenerative process.
The extraction tip acts like a vacuum cleaner which eliminates the dirt out of clogged pores, especially stubborn areas like the nose and chin. These extractions are painless and do not irritate the skin. You will be able to see the pores being unclogged immediately, leaving your skin looking radiant
The Antiox solution is a hydrating solution for all skin types containing antioxidants and hyaluronic acid. This solution promotes skin hydration and elasticity while protecting your skin from free radicals. It helps diminish the appearance of wrinkles, fine lines, uneven skin tone, sun damage, hyperpigmentation and oiliness
The Celluma LED Light device is unlike any other LED panel device on the market. Red LED light therapy improves circulation, reduces inflammation, while promoting collagen and elastin production. Blue LED light improves oily and acne-prone skin by killing P. acnes – the bacteria that causes acne
Our signature advanced 4-in-1 Hydrafacial MD is finished with the NuFace Trinity Pro microcurrent treatment. This device uses microcurrent technology to stimulate the superficial muscles in your face and neck, giving you an instant lift and tightening of the skin. Clinical trials have proven that this device gives an immediate brow lift that lasts up to 72 hours.
