The Hydrafacial Keravive scalp treatment
The Keravive Peptide Complex Booster is a proprietary blend of growth factors, peptides, and skin proteins to aid against thinning or damaged hair. Epidermal growth factor (EGF), basic fibroblast growth factor (BFGF), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and Thymosin Beta-4. The Keravive Peptide Complex also contains panthenol, which is a Vitamin B5 derivative that helps build hair proteins. This potent serum is 200 times more concentrated than any other hair treatment on the market today.
The Hydrafacial Keravive treatment consists of a recommended protocol of 3 to 6 sessions. These can be done every 2 to 3 weeks for optimal results.

How is the Hydrafacial Keravive done?
This treatment consists of the following steps:
- Step 1: Vortex Cleansing and Exfoliation: The first step consists of cleansing and exfoliating the scalp. The hydrafacial vortex technology extracts dirt, oil, and other impurities which stimulates scalp circulation.
- Step 2: Hydrate and Nourish: After the scalp is thoroughly cleansed and exfoliated, the Keravive peptide complex solution is applied. With its unique blend of growth factors and skin proteins, this complex solution hydrates hair follicles and improves scalp health.
- Step 3: Extend and Enhance: A continued at-home care regimen optimizes the results of the Hydrafacial Keravive treatment. Patients will be provided with the Keravive peptide spray for at home use in order to continue daily scalp stimulation. Dr. Bailey recommends patients use this take-home solution for approximately 3-4 weeks after the in-clinic treatment. Using this peptide serum daily will enhance the results and build on the success of the Hydrafacial Keravive treatment.

Before the procedure – The Hydrafacial Keravive treatment is best performed on clean, product-free hair. If possible, arrive for your appointment with freshly washed hair, without any hair products.
During the procedure – The Keravive treatment is quick and painless, and in most cases, can be completed in under an hour. The treatment begins by cleansing and exfoliating the scalp using Hydrafacial’s patented Vortex Technology, removing dirt, oil and impurities from the scalp. Then, a second attachment is used to apply the peptide complex solution to the scalp. This solution exfoliates your scalp and replenishes the follicles with proteins and growth factors to heal your scalp and promote the growth of healthy hair.
After the procedure – We recommend not applying any hair products or washing your hair for 24 hours following the treatment. After the in-clinic treatment, patients can continue to improve their scalp health with the 30-day take home spray provided during the treatment. This peptide complex spray provides the scalp with daily hydration, nourishing the scalp and hair follicles.
