The best part about this place is that they are super professional BUT ALSO keep it super real with you and talk to you like you've known each other forever. I've been to other places around Toronto where they are in-and-out and super scripty and you leave feeling like just a number which should never be the case when you're paying so much for these types of services. They're not afraid to tell me no for things I don't need to be paying for, and even recommend little lifestyle changes too so that im not coming back so frequently. I love Dr. Bailey and her transparency, Shannon always has my girlfriend and I leaving with the best glowing skin whether it's from hydrofacials and the RF microneedling is my favourite. If you have room in your schedule for downtown i definitely recommend the CO2 laser - all the celebs usually get it a week before red carpets - it's quite magic. I also started to dabble a bit with subtle lip filler and filler in my chin and jaw line for a more masculine defined profile. Shannon will assess your skin and always recommends completely different things for my girlfriend vs myself because of our different needs. She's good at what she does and she's super funny so we're always excited to hear her new stories. I've been coming here for 2 years now and will never go anywhere else. I send my coworkers and their wives here too and they have nothing but good things to say. We leave with plenty of samples for their wall of products, to try before we purchase any- just make sure to ask! And start using sunscreen!!

My friend recommended FCP Dermatology as he did laser hair removal here and we’re both from Brazil where I’ve done laser before as well. I have to say, I’ve never heard of Excel HR but you can really feel a difference in quality with their machine. It’s great that it’s safe for all skin types as I’ve heard about issues dealing with pigmentation. Maria helped me book my consult and was really informative about what I would expect coming into the clinic. I had my laser done with Shannon who was great. Overall great experience!

Since moving from Brazil, I’ve been looking for the best clinic for my laser hair removal since my beard has been irritating.
